Advocacy
Our Legislative Committee is involved in the laws that govern the pest control industry to promote and excel in its relationship with the industry and the consumer. Advocacy for the pest control industry is still our main priority.

Education
LPMA hosts an annual conference, the LSU/LPMA Institute which is a three in a half day course, in addition to state wide certifications, training classes for PMP’s throughout the year to update licensed operators.

Relationships
Our association has fostered an excellent relationship with the Commissioner and Dept. of Agriculture, Structural Pest Control Commission and their staff. Work with state legislators as we invite our legislators to meet with you personally on Legislative Day, an annual event. LPMA works closely with Louisiana State University in the training and development of new techniques in the industry.
